1.On the verification day parents both bring your child to Durgapur Ishwar Chandra Vidyasagar ( D I C V) Public High School cool Road, - zone, all the documents 

2. The following documents must be submitted at the time of verification. 

• The application with the recent photo of the candidate attached to the exact size of the column given in the application form. 
•  The payslip or employers peace certificate of both parents if applicable. Xerox copy of same should be submitted. Parents who are self employed must submit a personal statement of their earning. The original pay slip employer peace certificate will be returned after verification. 
• Documentary evidence for residential address  (ration card / house rent receipt/ telephone bill receipt/ ID card / driving licence etc) xerox should be submitted. 
• Original birth certificate (registered in the register of state govt. Municipal Corporation, Panchayat) and discharge certificate (birth certificate) issued from the hospital / Nursing Home etc. Xerox copy to be submitted. 
• St/ ISC / OBC certificate for a steel slash SC / OBC category and baptism certificate for Christian candidates to be submitted. The Original certificate will be returned after verification 

3. The principle / Vice Principal decision is final in all matter of admission 

4. Recommendation by third partial not be entertainment. There are person / touts who promised to get your child animated to Durgapur Ishwar Chandra Vidyasagar (DICV) Public High School by taken money and claiming proximity to the principal and Vice Principal, there are no search person. Do not get fooled. Your child will get admission by their own merit. Trusting God and not the touts.

Parents are requested to fill in the application form properly with all details asked for. If the form is incomplete he / she may lose the chance of admission
